By accessing the website, joining our waitlist, or interacting with the It Works In Prod simulation platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Simulation Environment & Scope
All incidents, synthetic clusters, network partitions, and infrastructure breakdowns simulated on It Works In Prod are executed inside sandboxed environments solely for training, evaluation, and benchmark purposes. These simulations do not interact with, modify, or connect to your company’s actual cloud accounts or private infrastructure.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When utilizing sandbox terminals and simulation tooling, you agree not to:
- Attempt to escape or break out of container or WebAssembly isolation boundaries.
- Use the sandbox environments for cryptocurrency mining or distributed denial of service (DDoS) testing.
- Reverse engineer proprietary incident generation algorithms or scenario telemetry engines.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum designs, incident scenarios, system telemetry engines, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of It Works In Prod. You retain full ownership of any code, configurations, or custom solutions you author during incident simulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform and all simulation materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It Works In Prod is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from reliance on simulated architectural patterns in third-party production systems.
